Use time to make clear up your storage

Steps to Declutter Phone Storage
Make a minimalist approach and feature only your most vital apps, put the on a folder on home screen.
Offload the series downloaded from Netflix.
Delete apps you don’t use.
Automate upload to Dropbox or Google Photos.
Embrace streaming apps for music instead of storing music on your phone.
Archive photos and delete unnecessary photos and videos.
Keep your mailbox/gmail box organized and clean.
SPECIAL NOTE : Keep your notifications off. It is a distraction .

Declutter your laptop
Make a zen desktop - minimalistic, clean, organized.
Add Rainmeter and make your desktop prettier.
Unsubscribe from unnecessary newsletters and email lists.
Check and delete irrelevant files from your downloads.
Clean-up and organize your bookmarks
Clear the Recycle Bin regularly
Use a consistent naming system for your files eg-
DD-MM-YY-Projectname-Subject
